Key Responsibilities:

Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet guests warmly, manage seating efficiently, and maintain a balanced flow of service to support the needs of the waitstaff.
Cashier Operations: Operate the register, process transactions accurately, and provide courteous, professional service.
Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other hot and cold drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Specialty Drink Preparation: Prepare specialty beverages, signature drinks, and other featured drinks with attention to quality, consistency, presentation, and accuracy.
Bartending & Alcoholic Beverage Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixed drinks, in accordance with established recipes, responsible alcohol-service practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
Bar & Beverage Station Maintenance: Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked beverage stations, coffee equipment, and bar areas throughout each shift.
Telephone & Takeout Orders: Answer phone calls, accurately enter takeout orders, and ensure orders are processed promptly and efficiently.
Dessert Sales & Coordination: Process dine-in and takeout dessert orders for servers and guests, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Restroom Readiness: Monitor restroom supplies and ensure they remain properly stocked.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers, managers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to support smooth daily operations.

Additional Qualifications & Skills:

In addition to the qualifications listed above, successful candidates should demonstrate:

Beverage Knowledge: Familiarity with coffee preparation, specialty beverages, and drink presentation, or a willingness to learn.
Bartending Skills: Experience preparing cocktails, mixed drinks, and other alcoholic beverages is preferred for candidates assigned bartending duties.
Guest Engagement: The ability to make recommendations, answer beverage-related questions, and create a welcoming experience for guests.
Accuracy & Consistency: The ability to follow recipes, maintain portion control, and prepare beverages consistently.
